Positive psychology is the science of precious and well-lived life. It asks “What makes us humans happy and content?”. Based on this, the sub-discipline develops and researches new methods that every person can use to experience more well-being and stronger positive emotions. In addition, the exercises have a preventive effect, i.e. they protect and strengthen human mental health! The exercises – so-called Positive Psychological Interventions – are the foundation of Muriel’s work.
